Each day, I'll guide you through a series of short yoga practices that I create to challenge and inspire you, no matter your Yoga experience. This program is structured to fit seamlessly into your summer schedule (only 10 to 20 minutes), with daily sessions that can be completed in the comfort of your home, at work or outdoors. You'll get a variety of sessions, starting with gentle morning flows and gradually progressing to more specific sequences such as core-focus, jet lag relief, pranayama or face yoga, ensuring a balanced and comprehensive practice. Along the way, I will share meditations and relaxations to deepen your connection with your body and mind.
