In this 120-minute rejuvenating practice, you will experience the transformative power of yoga as we combine the ancient practices of pranayama and asanas to promote both physical and emotional detoxification.
First we will learn specific pranayama techniques to cleanse our respiratory system, invigorate our energy flow and promote mental clarity.
Then we will jump into a sequence of twists and forward bends to release tension and toxins stored in our body. This practice will allow to activate the digestive system, improve blood circulation leaving you feeling lighter and energised.
