Restorative Yoga – Inspired by Iyengar yoga, this gentle and precise practice enables us to restore our bodies through comfortable postures held for several minutes with the help of supports, while reconnecting to our breathing, thus lowering stress levels (cortisol) and calming the parasympathetic system. With the help of props, it becomes accessible to all bodies and is especially nurturing for pregnant women.
Pranayama
the art of conscious breathing. These simple yet profound techniques help regulate the nervous system, clear stagnant energy and deepen your connection to the present moment. By directing the breath with awareness, you’ll cultivate spaciousness and a sense of inner calm.
Yoga Nidra
also known as “yogic sleep” is a deeply relaxing guided meditation that takes you into a liminal state between waking and sleeping. It helps to restore energy and improve sleep quality.
