Step into a multi-sensory experience at ESTRELA 74, the new art gallery and event space in the heart of Lisbon -  where movement meets stillness, and light meets sound.

Surrounded by visual projections and contemporary art, you’re invited to slow down, breathe deeply and let yourself be carried by vibration and colour.

This evening blends gentle Yoga, conscious breathing, meditation and a sound journey - a space to release tension and align with your natural energy.
Each sound wave, each flicker of light becomes a portal toward stillness and self-awareness.​
