Welcome to the Forever Young Yoga Retreat. My intention for this journey is to create a sacred space where you can pause, breathe and reconnect with your true self. In the embrace of Meco's breathtaking coastline, I invite you to let go of daily stresses, open your heart and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

Tuesday, October 8th - Day 1
3:00pm Arrival, everyone settle in the rooms and take a rest
5:30pm Welcome circle, retreat presentation and teacher's introduction
6:00pm Gentle Hatha Flow to restore and relax the body
7:30pm Dinner
Wednesday, October 9th - Day 2
8:00am Healthy snacks, coffee & tea
9:00am Face Yoga Workshop: breathing and introduction to auto-massage
11:00am Vegetarian brunch
Free afternoon (Walk in nature, swimming pool, journaling)
6:00pm Yin Yoga
7:30pm Dinner
Thursday, October 1oth - Day 3
8:00am Healthy snacks, coffee & tea
9:00am Detox Yoga: twists and bends to detoxify the body and clear the mind
11:00am Vegetarian brunch
3:00pm Silent walk to the beach, Meditation
6:00pm Sound Healing journey: deep relaxation, yoga nidra & sound bath with Mr. Gonçalo Roquette
7:30pm Dinner
Friday, October 11th - Day 4
8:00am Healthy snacks, coffee & tea
9:00am Dynamic Yoga Flow (Fire Element)
10:00am Closing circle

Payment and cancellation policy:

A deposit of 300€ is required to save your spot, please click the booking link by July 31st

The total amount should be paid no later than 30 days before the beginning of the retreat

Villa Epicurea has the right to cancel the booking and keep the deposit should the balance not be paid by October 8th

Full refund if cancellation is made 60 days in advance

50% refund if cancellation is made 40 to 15 days in advance

No refund if cancellation is made 15 or less before arrival date

Extra services such as massages or treatments offered by the Villa should be paid in full 10 days before the start of the retreat
