The Experience

Morning & Evening Yoga

Morning practices to awaken your energy and ground the body.
Evening sessions to release tension and calm the mind.

Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin sessions offered as an invitation to feel the breath moving through the body.

Conscious Cooking

3 vegetarian meals per day, created by Simon. A generous cuisine, full of flavours — awakening the senses as much as it nourishes the body. Here, eating well becomes a ritual of care.
Each plate is a celebration of life.

Wellness Workshops

Face yoga to tone, relax and care for yourself.
A detox-inspired cooking workshop with Simon, to learn how to nourish your body without compromise.

Simple, practical tools you can integrate into your daily life after the retreat.

Sound Healing

Gong and Tibetan bowls for a deep inner journey.
A space for complete release, where vibrations soothe the nervous system and quiet the mind.

3. What level of yoga is required?

All levels are welcome.
Each practice is thoughtfully adapted so you can move at your own pace, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.

4. Comment se déroule l'hébergement ?

Shared rooms (2 people per room) within the villa.
If you are coming with someone, you can request to share a room together when booking. Only one private room is available during the retreat.

5. Quelle est la politique d'annulation ?

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellation between 30 and 20 days before the retreat: 50% refund

  • Less than 20 days before: no refund
